1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 5n5 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern all access to and use of the 5n5 website, including the games, betting services, payment features, and any other services offered through the platform.

Each player may hold only one active 5n5 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed and associated balances may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Inaccurate registration details may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 5n5 account.
• Never share your login details with another person.
• Enable OTP (one-time password) verification if prompted — this adds an important layer of security.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.

5n5 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 5n5 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits can be made through supported local payment channels including GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and Philippine bank transfers. Full details are available on the Deposit page.

Withdrawals are processed to accounts that match your verified identity on 5n5. Sending funds to a third-party account is not permitted. Processing times vary by method and are subject to completion of identity verification.

• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 5n5 does not charge platform-level withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. This is a standard process and not an indication of any issue with your account.
• If a bonus was applied to your account, associated wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-linked portion of your balance can be withdrawn.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 5n5 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying bet details before submission. 5n5 will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error.

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or data feed issue that results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, 5n5 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account balance. This applies to sports betting, casino games, eBingo, and all other game categories on the platform.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and market.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be subject to reduced or in-play odds.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance after results are officially confirmed.

7. Player Conduct

5n5 expects all players to behave respectfully toward other users and the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Abuse, harassment, or offensive language directed at other players or support staff.
• Attempts to exploit software bugs or errors — these must be reported to support immediately.
• Any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or other users' experience.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.

Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Balances associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations may be forfeited.
